1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit. Full payment is required at least 15 days before the trip start date. Failure to make full payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before trip: 90% refund
• 15-30 days before trip: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund

3. Health and Fitness

Participants must be in good health and physical condition suitable for the chosen activity. You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

4. Safety and Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, adventure activities carry inherent risks. Participants are required to follow all safety instructions provided by our guides. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

5. Weather and Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide the best possible alternative.
